Rosemary is a tough seed to germinate. It takes 8-12 weeks, but those who are patient and willing to do a little research online, will be happy with the results. I tried 2 methods: half the seeds I just dropped on top of the soil. They germinated within 10 days. The other half I lightly buried and they germinated in about 8-9 weeks. The end result was 100% germination and this is the first time I've tried to raise them. The seeds are good. If anyone isn't getting results, it's because they're not doing their homework.

Tried to germinate half of the packet. None of the seeds sprouted.

Unlike some, I presoak my seeds in 4:1 water:peroxide solution for 24 hours before planting in starter pots. Got 100% sprouting with these seeds. I am working with rosemary as a companion plant for the first time, but so far I am seeing what I expect, the seeds are now healthy young plants waiting to be transplanted in a few weeks. Time will tell.

Non of the seeds germinated. Not a single one. Highly disappointed.
