The media could not be loaded. I bought one in blue and my Fiancé got one in black. We got them back around Christmas and now that its summer we are trying to use them.Very confusing, doesn't come with instructions.Im pretty sure the black one is broken when you try and fill with air you hear the mouth piece hissing and the button doesn't release air. Plugged up the blue one to the compressor and its actually filling up but the mouth piece is also hissing and its taking a very long time to fill the valve goes up extreamly slow. Hopefully im doing it right since the are No instructions.

**Update** Seller responded with instructions and offered free adaptor so I can fill using my compressor. Great service here!Product is exactly as advertised and appears sturdy and pieces all fit as they are supposed to. I ordered the tank with the "Fill Adapter" which appears to be a way to attach the mini tank to a standard scuba compressed air tank.The instructions are limited and do not include any procedures to actually fill the tank. I have a hand air pump, which would take a considerable amount of time, and compressor, which should take less time, however neither of which can connect to this tank in any way.This product gets a two-star review due to the above, and the printed text: "If you encounter trouble during assembly or use, don't worry—we offer 24/7 technical support. Dive confidently knowing assistance is just contact us away." - Note that nowhere on the page, in the pictures, or in the documentation provided with the tank, is there any contact information. Phone, email, fax, or physical address are nowhere to be found. An online search only yields sites to purchase the same tank from other websites.

This is a good, well-rounded tank. The regulator is of good quality and has all the features a regulator should have. I like all the straps that come with it; they work well. The arm strap is the perfect length to allow full movement even if you're using the tank. I really did not find any problems with it at all. There is one thing to note, though - for someone less experienced, detailed instructions are not included. So if you're not already familiar with how this works, you might be a little lost with some of the features.

No instructions come with this product, which are critical. Also, there is no adapter so you can fill the air-tank. There is no tech support available, either from the seller or Amazon. I would call this a complete waste of money and a total disappointment for the kid who got it as a birthday present.
