I had issues with the product when I purchased it. Amazon wasn't able to help due to it being outside the replacement window, however the support staff at popsockets was extremely helpful. I managed to get a replacement within days for the product from them.The popsocket itself comes with a magnet ring for cases without magsafe and it's incredibly strong. The only downside is that it's a little bulky, but that's something you need to sacrifice for MagSafe functionality.Overall a great product and even better customer support from popsocket.

My first MagSafe pop socket because my new silicone case didn’t work with my 3M adhesive pop socket. Impressive magnet strength to hold my IPhone 16 Pro Max. It’s really on there and I pulled pretty hard and it’s not coming off. It’s much lower profile than my other pop socket which makes it still fit on a phone stand. I bought the latte color which is a near perfect match to my case also “latte” color of a different brand but only $15. I was worried from the other reviews that this would pop off or break but I have had it for a while now and it is great! Very comfortable and looks great with my tan ripple casetify case.

I really like this product because it is interchangeable with my iPhone 15 and my Kindle. I installed the magnetic ring on the plastic case of my kindle and have the preinstalled magnetic ring inside my iPhone case. It works for both and is a beautiful design. I love the ability of taking it off and on.
