Cheap, but better than stock on all-in-one boards from the store
Not exactly high performance, but man has the bar been lowered since the 80's and 90's! The quality, look, fit, ease of use, and installation are all in par with the price: what you see here is what you get. A very inexpensive upgrade over the current baseline of massed-produced skateboard trucks. It's really that simple. If you expect to have ultr-high-performance from an entry level upgrade, well, just don't go hitting the 14' ramp or bombing a massive downslope at 45mph, or you might regret it. Get these for your kiddo who isn't sure if s/he wants to continue skating just yet. Let them shred these up before the next upgrade- then go premium.

Good set of trucks for good price
I'm long familiar with CCS as a brand from when I was a teenager ordering skateboards from their catalog. I bought these for my son's first skateboard because the cheap trucks they came with broke within two weeks. These are solid and good quality for beginners. Can't speak on how they would hold up on stairs and rails but they are perfect for a kid learning to skate in the driveway.

Skated them for 2 seshs so far, and they feel almost identical to thunders but maybe a little taller but they turn about the same, the materials are great, the hardware is great, so far so good slappys feel well and the black looks nice

The product description is accurate!!! this is the best budget skateboard trucks! this is very solid and reliable! i wouldn’t buy independent trucks anymore. they functions and works the same way and plus this is half the price!
