Phone is nice and super fast.1.display is bright,colourful and bazeless2.performance is top notch under 20k3.camera is ok4.battery backup is nice and charging speed is good.takes around 20 min to charge from 20 to 75-80% under AC which is good5.sellers which are selling poco phones on amzon are not good.sending defective or used products to customers.i also received defective back panel device which has slightly uplifted back panel from the frame.i confirmed whether device is new or second hand by checking activation date from poco chat support team after telling them imei number,i find device is new so dont initiate refund since other main things are perfectly ok and also worrying about whether my refund will accept or not by seller.so i don't initiate refund.I request everyone to buy this device from flipkart if you get under 20k because flipkart is official seller of poco.

This is a very good phone, all the phone features exceed my expectation. Plus point, the phone is very slim. All I can say is the phone is way worth more than the market price as comparison to other brand phone.

I purchased this phone on 1st February 2025, and initially, it worked great. However, after a couple of months of usage, I started facing issues with the earphone jack — it stopped detecting my earphones altogether.Concerned, I visited the service center. After their inspection, I was informed that the problem was due to a motherboard issue and that it needed to be replaced. Thankfully, the phone was still under warranty, so the replacement was covered.It's disappointing to face such a major issue so early with a new phone.

What do we lose?1. SD card slot (matters a lot if you like taking pictures and just swapping the sd card, or if you are s power user).2. Flicker free display (OLED/AMOLED has pwm flickering).3. IR sensor that comes with face ID, meaning it won't unlock if you're in a dark room trying to unlock using face ID.4. Kevlar back if you owned the armoured edition. This one's plastic5. Dual speakers (the speakers in f5 are good, but f1 had dual bottom firing speakers, this one has one).6. Flagship level specs. (F1 had the best processor available for the generation, this one isn't even the best from previous generation).7. Less compatibility with apps because Android 12+ restricts a lot of freedom for power users, 3rd party apps can't be installed easily.8. Less battery life compared to 1000mAh increase in capacity.9. Sim card tray pin (it wasn't there in my packaging)What you don't lose:1. 3.5 mm headphone jack (it's probably the last poco f(n) with 3.5mm headphone jack.2. Fingerprint reader (but now side mounted.)3. Charging blockWhat you get extra/anew :1. Faster processor, faster ram, faster internal storage. But the performance increase in not comparable to other 'flagships', only price increase is.2. Better camera3. Brighter screen4. Higher capacity battery and faster charging.5. Some splash proofingBasically, you're paying more while getting much less.The OS updates and extra warranty for flipkart buyers is not really worth it.You lose everything that made the Poco f1 unique and stand out from the rest of the bunch while not offering anything new.Extra info:The screen has pwm flickering and would give you headache/nausea if you have such sensitivity.This is true for most phones, even poco f6 with TUV certification flickers @60hz.You should set the refresh rate manually to 120Hz (even after that it's giving me headache).There is no alternative out there if you want a good enough phone....

Best phone to get under 20k proper flagship killer but don't know why only one year warranty here coz on other website poco offering 2 years warranty for phone
