Great tool for portable, cord free use on hot fix crystals.
My 1st Hottie tool had a very short tip. When I contacted the company and sent pictures of it, they were above and beyond on their care! I have a replacement with the full length tip and it works GREAT, I couldn't be happier with my Hottie and a company that is there for you!

Sucks
It's handy but doesn't get hot enough to put the rhinestones on, and I have Energizer batteries in it. Not worth it....
