I'm a 73 year young female, fortunate enough to be in overall good health. I don't take ANY prescription medications--much prefer to have good nutrition and spend my money on quality nutritional supplements that make sense. I have been taking nattokinase for many years since Dr. David Williams cited its many benefits in his "Alternatives" newsletter. (He also gave instructions for making natto yourself, like the Japanese do, by fermenting soybeans. I tried it but my husband thought the process stunk up the house too much, so I started taking capsules instead.)Many brands to choose from but what I really like about this one is the microbeadlet technology and all the added nutrients that give the nattokinase a synergistic boost and make it better absorbed by the body. I think the twin bottle pak is a fantastic value and am really glad I came across this product!

I began taking this a few weeks ago. This week had the annual Prostate PSA test. Last year it was reported at over 6 and has been slowly rising over the past ten years due to having a severely enlarged prostate. This week the test came back with a reading of just over 4. I haven't spoken with the urologist but I was in today to see the General practitioner and mentioned this unusual decline. She suggested that Nattokinase is a strong anti-inflammatory and quite probably caused the effect. I've also noticed an improvement in other other prostate symptoms. I have not seen any information regarding Nattokinase and prostate function but maybe this has been overlooked and it would be interesting if anyone else has experienced a similar side effect.

I've been fortunate not to experience any significant or major health issues in my life. That being said, it's clear that once you get into your '70s and beyond, time catches up. So in the interest of trying to take care of my health, I've tried to improve my diet and take vitamins and supplements that can help.One of those supplements is this product that has both Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. These enzymes have shown to be effective in removing fibrous scar tissue. Anything that can help reduce plaque and/or prevent blood clots can certainly be better for your cardiovascular health.So it to me, it's about reducing risk. This product has a good blend of the enzymes and no junk fillers plus liposomal technology improves absorbability and ultimately effectiveness. I definitely plan on continuing to take this product. This product is good and effective. Only question is why are Vitamins and minerals included. I read from multiple sources that Nattokinase and Serrapeptase should be taken away from vitamins and minerals. In addition, Calcium carbonate and Magnesium oxide are inert and the minerals are not absorbable in the body. What is their purpose?

I’m very pleased with this supplement. I was taking a blood thinner that was very expensive but have now switched to nattokinase. I take 2 capsules in the morning. Dr ok’d the use. Been on this for many months and have no regrets and no nasty side effects.

Our lipid panels were a bit high & Lipitor was causing muscle pain side effects so we tried this product along with Lumbrokinase. So happy that last 3 blood tests were in range. A1C 5.5 !! Very happy to have benefits without eating Natto
