Ok so I’m 5ft 4, usually 63 kg , like to be 61kg, but crept up to 65KgIn the first week lost 2kgs but think that was more down to the fact these made me feel queasy and rather than decreased appetite , literally killed it. I think as I only drink water and don’t have any caffeine at all in my diet, the high level of it in these made me feel sick and jittery. That passed after a week and I don’t have that now , will give them another week to see if any further weight loss if not, then in the bin they go.

In my humble opinion (and experience) 99% of fat burners are utter rubbish. They either don't work or make you feel like you're having a stroke. These are most definitely in the 1%. I've been using them now for around 12 months and they're brilliant. Now, I can't say that my massive weight loss is due to these, I have been in running and mountain biking (a lot) and so that has clearly been the main reason. However, my morning run is so much better after taking one, more energy, able to push harder and no shaky side effects. These really are brilliant.

Not sure, if I stick to my diet, then yes, they give you a boost in metabolism.....but then I'm up all night, and poor sleep is linked with obesity. There is NO MAGIC PILL
