The ZORZA 60A Dual Channel DC Motor Driver Module is a compact yet powerful solution designed for professional-grade motor control. Supporting a wide voltage range (9V-30V) and high current (up to 60A), it features a low on-resistance MOSFET and a broad heatsink for superior thermal management. With a high switching frequency of 60KHz and compatibility with 3.3V/5V microcontrollers, it offers precise PWM speed regulation and easy integration for advanced engineering projects.

Powerful, little H-Bridge
I bought this to temporarily replace a much larger 100A H-Bridge. Shipping was fast, and I was back in business quickly. The overall construction is good, and looks like it uses a high level of integration chip set. The heat sink is firmly attached and nicely finished. The soldering looks good and it worked right out of the anti-static bag. My only complaint is that the screw terminal connector is too small for the size wire I was using. It will easily fit 14AWG wire but not 10AWG.The interface is the same as other similar drivers, and I'm using an Arduino to control it. This one plugged right in and worked the same as the other brand controller. I do like the through-hole header for the inputs, since it can be unsoldered and wires soldered directly to the board.I'm driving a truck tarping motor rated at 900W. In my application it draws about 50+A on startup and then levels out at 25A to 40A with about a 10s on time, and then a few minutes off. I do have a fan on it for additional cooling. The issue I've been having was the motor getting stalled and the surge current blowing the controller FETs. (I've fixed the stalling issue, and needed a temporary driver until the other replacement could be shipped). With this H-bridge driver, I tied the direction/brake and PWM inputs of both channels together. I tested the outputs of both channels with a scope, and both are sync'd up so there was no issue with the FETs fighting each other. This effectively gave me a 120A H-bridge driver. I originally was not too optimistic of this device being up to the task (due to its smaller size and current rating), since my application was blowing up a 100A driver. I was pleasantly surprised, and this little device took everything we threw at it and only got mildly warm to the touch.Overall, a well built and capable H-Bridge driver.
