Better than hozelock
Always used plastic connectors and couldn't understand why it always leaked from the tap to the hose connector, anyway did a bit of research and found the brass fittings were a lot more superior,so gave them a whirl and hey presto they sorted the leak,no dripping at all now so I'd recommend the brass fittings 👍

Stood up to British winter of 2025
Good grade of brass, fits well with no leaks & attachments fit perfectly. only time will tell if they stand up to the elements of our British weather? these were bought in Aug 25, its now May 26 & so far so good, so no complaints!

Leaking
Mine is leaking both ends and keeps unthreading everytime I move hose around. Poor thread and too shallow connections in my opinion.

Robust
Seems to be well made and is so much more robust than the plastic alternatives. The issue I had is that the plastic retaining collar to keep the hose in place is too small and prevents the parts being screwed together when using a normal sized hose. Had a different one from another attachment that circumvented the issue.

Messing- Schnellverbinder
Ist an sich nicht schlecht und auch wertig verarbeitet, was mir persönlich fehlt ist eine Zugentlastung. Es passiert nach relativ kurzer Zeit, dass der Schlauch sich aus der Verschraubung löst und man dann schon mal recht nass werden kann. Habe jetzt auf ein preiswertes Produkt vom Norma zurückgegriffen, welches eine ca. 10 cm lange Zugentlastung besitzt, und das funktioniert bisher einwandfrei.
