Started taking these as I was diagnosed with b12 problems over a year ago. I was given a lot of injections at the beginning, but after having blood tests gp will not give anymore as he said my levels were up. As I was still having a multitude of problems I decided to take these b12 tablets as many internet sites advise that sublingual tablets go straight into the bloodstream. In some cases this can be better than the injections as a certain enzyme is needed to convert to usable energy and with the tablets this is not required. I have been taking them for about six weeks now and have noticed that my balance has improved and tingling symptoms have stopped. I still feel tired but it does seem that my symptoms of tiredness are slightly reduced. Given that I went a very long time without the injections before deciding to take these tablets I do get the feeling that I will improve further. The price is great too.

It's easy to take, tastes good and gives me some extra vitimins for my old age (64), especially since I've started back to jogging.

Tasty and dissolve easily and warmly beneath the tongue.

These tablets seem to be reasonable for value. I have yet to assess their efficacy.

This is an inferior form of vitamin B12 which causes the body to have to deal with cyanide. Buy the better, natural, methyl form of B12 instead.
