These are a nice cute set of Runes. They are a good value for someone who isn’t looking for stone/mineral Runes. Comes with a little book of interpretations. Nice set.

As you can see from the pics, this rune set was created with care. It comes packaged well, with a small brochure with meanings, and a cute little carrying bag. Unlike the Elder/Younger Futhark traditional runes (which are more complex), these are Witches Runes, which are dramatically different from typical runes and much better for beginners.Though wood is the traditional material for runes, I would have preferred them to be of a heavier wood. These feel a bit light and flimsy. That being said, this is a well-made set, including all 13 of the Witches Runes with an added blank rune for the unknowable.You can use these runes in collaboration with traditional Futhark runes, by themselves, or with any other divination protocol you choose (tarot, oracle, etc.).Great runes, but I wish they were a bit heavier!

I'm totally new to runes, so not sure what to be looking for exactly. I was surprised to see these were wood and not stone, which I realize now was my own fault and I should have read the listing more carefully. Before opening this set I never knew runes could be anything but stone. Anyway, they seem to be nice. They come with a pretty crushed velvet bag for safe keeping, and a little guide book which is perfect for a beginner like myself. The guide book explains both what each rune means and also how to use them as a set.
