This type of chilies is what my Kimchi recipe called for. It is not real hot, which is perfect for me. Full of flavor. Recommend for you Kimchi makers.

One bag lasts around 6-7 months with regular use. I use this in EVERYTHING! It adds such a since smoky flavor to any dish. Chicken, beef, veggies, you name it! It’s so yummy and any time I forget to add it to something, I always miss it. Definitely a need in the kitchen

Didn't have high expectations for my first try at making kimchi, there's no way that it would be better then what I eat at Korean BBQ, but it is! I think it's all thanks to the pepper I'm using. The flavor as well as the spice is really surprising here. I used 3 table spoons which I like but I have a feeling I should use 2 next time

Love this spice. A large quantity I won't catch myself putting on less than I really want to see my dishes.
