I bought this jellyfish lamp for a fun gift. The set up is pretty easy, the directions were easy to follow. Make sure you use distilled water as per the instructions. I found that it was fairly easy to get the bubbles to dissipate. I like that you can add just jellyfish or just fish or you can use Any combination of accessories. I love that the light changes color as it cycles through a few different lights. The overall brightness is calming. We have ours set up on a shelf in our den and my cat loves staring at it and is fascinated!!! Makes a great enrichment piece for my sweet kitty!

I love this product but I’m going to give info on why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. - This product is lovely, it makes no sound, it’s easy to put together you literally just put the jellyfish in and fill with water, it’s a great nightlight for kids and wonderful if you have issues sleeping like me. However, the ‘yellowish green’ jellyfish that I got rarely leaves the bottom for some reason. The current is clearly coming in contact with it as the tendrils move but the body doesn’t. It just sits in the bottom like weird kelp. I’m not sure if I just got one with too much weight, or a defective one, but I’ll likely be buying a new set of silicone jellyfish to go in this tank. Overall it’s definitely worth the money if you want something relaxing and cute for your desk / bed side table. Though I would definitely recommend keeping in mind that you may have to buy new jellyfish to go in it. Also keep in mind that it is fairly bright so if you are planning on using this for sleep like myself, if you can’t sleep in bright rooms or areas this product likely won’t help you. Overall this product is great and DEFINITELY something that would be awesome for kids. So long as you keep in mind to possibly buy new inserts.

My son loves this light/tank. He is 9 years old and he tells everyone the jellyfish are real because they look so real. I loved that there is both a battery option and a plug in option. The amazing thing was I contacted the company with a few problems and they were so awesome to help us out. The problems were Our tank only worked when it was plugged in. Also The motor stopped working after 6 months.

Absolutely love this so much I bought a 2nd one and gifted it to my parents for Christmas. I don't use the 2 fish that come with it. I think the jellyfish look more graceful without the fish. They have a much more realistic swim when the swim speed is on low than on high. I love all the features that come with it, the Bluetooth speaker, the preset relaxing soundtracks, all the colors to choose from, how you can brighten and dim it and how it has a remote control. I will be buying a 3rd one soon. My only complaint is the one I bought for my parents was missing the long wire thing that's supposed to come with it to help get bubbles off the inside of the tank. The first one I got had it. The other brand I bought for my granddaughter before I discovered this brand had one. So I gave my parents the one that came with the first one I got of this brand and my granddaughter and grandson use the one that came with hers.

I love this! It is so pretty and relaxing. I bought one for my sister for her birthday. When she got it set up and running, she sent me a video of it! I liked it so much that I had to order one for myself! Here’s mine! Just FYI….. the listing doesn’t say anything, but once you get it, it states that you must use distilled water!

Perfect size for a dresser or desk. The display is relaxing and the design is sturdy. Initially, I left a negative review because the item quit working within a few uses. However, I changed out the power cord and the lamp is working well again. The cord was most likely the issue.
