Great piece of equipment for home use!
Excellent piece of home equipment. Very thick and firm, a good size for floor work under my hands. Great for my knees, too. I also love the color! It costs more than many options, but it's really worth the extra because of it's sturdiness. My hands are particularly sensitive, and this piece enables me to do planks again. Worth it!

Good size at a good price
I use this as a footrest underneath my desk. It is both firm enough for support and soft enough for comfort. It also functions as a daytime dog bed. The black color should look cleaner longer than a lighter color.

Great for physical therapy if your physical therapist told you to buy something like this
been working with my therapist for TBI with this, he told me approximately what to get and I got a cheaper version. I found this and I thought it was about the same thickness brought it to my next therapy appointment with my husband who is very happy with what I found for the price because he had paid double for the one that he had!

Good stiff foam and large size
It took time for me to decide the most suitable one, foam quality and size for my use. Because there are so many products available in Amazon. But I did good choice as a result. It was worth taking time.
