MINDPETMED Smart Changing Pad Scale, Max 44lbs/20kg, Diaper Changing Baby Scale

This changing pad is great. It’s so easy to clean in between changes and the perfect size. I can easily change my two year old and my one month old. It’s been wonderful for the newborn stage and tracking weight. With my first born, I went to the doctor regularly to make sure he was eating enough. This has made it easier and helped with that anxiety. 10/10 would recommend for ease of use and value for the price!

This scale seems accurate when compared with other scales I have. It is easy to set up and use. It connects to the app pretty easily. It is clean looking and easy to use.

This scale is super easy to set up and really easy to use. When setting up the basic scale you can have it done in moments. However connecting to the app for expanded functions will take slightly longer. The app feels like somewhat of a take it or leave it feature for most people. While I do think it would be nice to be able to weigh my little one from time to time, for things like knowing when a toy or carrier might be to small for them anymore, I just don't see needing to track the weight via an app. The only time I think this would be a used feature is someone who is tracking a daily weight of a premie or any little one with health issues where their weight needs to be closely monitored. For the average person the app won't be needed.The scale itself seems accurate. Weighing my child at their appointment and then again at home the weight was within reason for the slight diffference in time of day. Additionally I tried it again my normal home scale and the weight was exactly the same. The part of the scale the child would go in is slightly softer than plastic but it wouldn't be anything I would consider comfortable. It is however very easy to wipe off and the buckle holds them in securely while in use. Overall the scale works well but I do think the app feature won't be used by everyone so if this is a feature you won't use I would look elsewhere for something slightly less expensive.

This changing pad scale is ideal for monitoring the healthy weight of a newborn. I appreciate the convenience of tracking the baby's weight on my phone. The scale is user-friendly and provides accurate measurements. The changing pad is of good quality and includes a safety strap to secure the baby.

Pros:- Accuracy. I tested this along side a postage scale and they are both spot on. Guess I could have used the postage scale for my baby :-p- The LCD screen is very easy to view- It's compact design makes allows me to tuck it away under the bed or under my bathroom sink.Cons:- none, this is great!

The size of this scale/diaper changing pad is big. Not the lightest scale. But this is also serving as a diaper changing pad. Dual functionality.Safety strap on top of the pad, has the ability of adjustment the length.Thick padding but not meant for removal. Wipe to clean top. See manual.Did a test on accuracy. Same item was weighted on this baby scale and my regular one. The different is 0.09lb. See Pic.With app, baby (up to 3 year old per listed) growth chart can be produce. I am not so much into using the app.Digital scale operates by 3 AAA batteries which are included.

I like that the MINDPETMED Smart Changing Pad Scale, Max 44lbs/20kg doubles as a scale and a changing pad. This is great for a small nursery where you may not have space for both items. A scale can be very important to make sure that baby is not losing weight or gaining weight appropriately so I like that this doubles. The changing pad scale was a little intimidating at first because I am not the most tech savvy but the thorough directions makes it not too hard to use. I think this makes a really great nursery gift and certainly helpful with a baby.

This scale weights up to 44 lbs. The description indicates this should be for a child up to 3 yrs old, but this of course depends on the growth rate of the child.This scale does require you to download an app. Also requires 3 AAA batteries.The scale can convert from lb to oz to kg if this is something you are needing/interested in.The online description says it is made of soft pu foam. Not sure what that is? It is comfortable and soft to the touch. It should wipe up/clean easily.The scale is contoured to keep a child from rolling off I assume. The potential downside of this is you can't necessarily repurpose the scale for other uses such as weighing packages, luggage, etc.I don't know that I necessarily need the app to track the weight. I can see how with a preemie or a child who has been loosing weight it may be helpful to track this. For me personally a "traditional" scale at a lower price point would work just fine.There are spelling errors in the online description that need to be corrected.
