The media could not be loaded. Nice heavy duty hose reel. If you are like me, I was just rolling up my 100ft hose by hand on the ground which gets old really fast. This is my first time buying a hose reel and I am really impressed with the build quality. The reel is very smooth too which is one part that I was worried about. It also is really easy to mount since the bracket is removable. Can be drilled directly into studs (which I would recommend since it is pretty heavy) or it also comes with with some anchors that I show in the unboxing video. The hose connection that goes to the faucet comes out on the right side so be aware of that when you are mounting it. Overall great purchase and will make my life much easier.

The hose reel was very well packaged. All pieces were easily located and identifiable.Out of the box, the reel felt solid and quality.The reel came with large bolts and anchors for mounting. This is nice so we didn’t need to buy them separately. I didn’t end up using the anchors because we went into studs.It was super easy to mount on the wall because the bracket comes off the reel. Then the reel slips on over the bracket, once attached to the wall. It seems very solid.The handle is strong and makes it easy to carry.The nozzle included worked fine and had all the typical settings. I tested them all and they worked and nothing leaked. Washers were included.The retractable hose worked like a charm. I pulled the VERY long hose out and retracted it several times with no problems. I am excited about not ever having to hand crank our old hose reel ever again!Just an FYI, take note that the supply line connects into the right side of the unit (see photo), and that may impact where you are able to mount it. We couldn’t install it where our previous hose reel was, so my hubby had to move some things around to be able to mount it.All in all we are very happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased two units; one was installed on a wooden surface without issue. The second, mounted on a brick surface, presented significant problems NOT due to human error. Here's what happened:I consider myself quite skilled and typically can install or repair almost anything without instructions. This time, however, I chose to follow the provided guide. The instructions included a template, which I used to mark the drill spots on the wall with a Sharpie. After drilling the six holes and inserting the lugs as specified, I discovered the template was not to scale—the holes didn't align with the bracket. Frustrated, I drilled new holes in a different location, secured the bracket with my own Tapcon screws, and it was solid. But upon assembling the unit, I encountered a second issue: a possible manufacturing defect causing water to pour out of the center of the unit. After removing the side cap and inspecting, it was clear that something inside was broken or incorrectly assembled, as seen in the video I posted. Now, I must contact the manufacturer for a return, after wasting an hour and a half on installation.

The media could not be loaded. Just got it installed today and it seems to work fine. To avoid any kinks form the hose being flat, I extended the hose all the way out, turned the water on, and then retracted the hose all the way back in before turning the water back off.The main two things that seem questionable are the mounting bracket and the retracting mechanism inside. The mounting bracket is plastic and very lightweight. The retracting mechanism sounds a bit “cheap” but it did function perfectly upon first use. Only time will tell if it holds up.
