Works well! Has the taste of eucalyptus and honey mixture. Had a head cold and added a tablespoon to a cup of hot water and added a lemon. This mixture helped me sweat out the cold.

I Only Took A Little Less Than A Teaspoon And It Exploded In My Throat And Sinuses. Very Strong But Effective. I Would Suggest Using Just A Little The First Time To Judge The Effect And Increase It If You Want.

Update: taken it three times and all three times I have fallen asleep, a deep undisturbable sleep. I added half a teaspoon to my hot tea and it was so strong i couldn’t finish the whole cup. Not sure if this is a normal reaction but it does seem to be clearing up my chest cold and helping my cough.Not sure what this is supposed to do but it didn’t do anything. It’s too thick! A tablespoon just sits in your mouth like a ball of slime. It doesn’t dissolve. It doesn’t thin out… I had to swallow it in one giant gulp. It tastes nasty and you don’t taste anything but a nasty honey. For having all these herbs and things I’m extremely disappointed
