Hi, does this come with all parts to complete the upgrade ?. In the description it states in the box is 1xpowerbase, no mention of the controllers etc

Hi yes it comes with 2 x hand controllers which you Bluetooth to the device & the cable for mains power to the track.. the set up instructions are easy using the ARC app. hope that helps.

Can you add this to the Batman and Joker spark set instead of using phones?

Yes no problem just remove the powerbase your using and fit the arc air powerbase

Does this work without the tablet being connected (after initial setup is completed with tablet connected) ?

yes you can still play it - my son does when the i-pad is not available - it is just like the standard skalextric - a lot more fun with the i pad though!
