There weren’t a ton of reviews but there were enough reviews that I was sold on this chair. It has three different massage settings, three heat settings and a 15, 30, or 60 minute timer. Not to mention that you can have the seat massage, lower back and upper back going at the same time or you can just pick what massage points you want. The vibration is fabulous and the heat is almost better than the heated seat in my car (I’m cold ALL the time so the heat was the most important for me. The chair itself SO COMFORTABLE. When it is time to leave my office, I just want to hang out in my chair. The foot rest is fabulous, the recline is perfect. Fantastic overall quality. Overall, I cannot believe “cheap” the price is for the quality of the product. Absolutely deserves 5 stars.P.S. was a pain to put together but my husband was a trooper and got it done in 25 minutes 😂🤣

If you work from home like I do and your back is killing you to the point it hurts to move like mine, this is the chair for you. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the vibration massage is pretty loud especially if you do not have your back right up against it. Worjed half my shift and put the new chair together on my lunch break and could feel the difference immediately. Recommend getting a mat for the chair if you have carpet the wheels are pretty tough to move on carpet, heat and vibration massage hit the right places, and foot rest is great for when you get knee pain for staying in one position for too long.

Bought this chair for use working from home but found the long term comfort of sitting 8hrs a day less than desirable and husband had to make a few modifications as the fasteners supporting the armrests wobble excessively after only a week or two of use. After putting in a longer fastener with large flat washer on the outside the armrests no longer wobble.

I LIKE THE COMFY SEATING VIBRATION LOUD BUT WORKS. WISH HEATING WAS A LITTLE HOTTER AND BACK PART CAME UP A LITTLE MORE BUT I WILL BUY AGAIN

Extremely disappointed with this chair. I thought I had it all. Beautiful cloth chair (it is), a leg lift, massager, soft and cozy to sit in.Here is what I got:- The chair is not soft at all, very thin filling. Both on the seat & the back.- The massager works alright, but to loud on the top back portion of the chair.- The back of the chair doesn't let you sit up very well, you kind of lay back into it.- Wheels do not work well at all- The chair sits low- The adjustment levers (height of chair & back position of the chair) are closer to the back of the chair & very difficult to get to, without getting out of the chair & positioning.+ Leg rest works fine+ Easy to assemble+ Very attractive chair- I waited to long to return this chair and am stuck with it.- I spent $200 on this chair because I sit in it for 8 hours a day & I deserve a good chair. Unfortunately, it is NOT this chair !!
