Too be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this but how wrong I was, it sounds great, packs a punch. For watching tv ,tv picture is great and smooth, no interference, it isn't Dolby surround but sounds good enough . For music, its got a punch. I'm using a galaxy tab a8 with Spotify and poweramp global equaliser ( which is a must ) It has clear top ends, no distortion, a hefty bass (with sub ), mids a crisp but not in your face. It's simple to use. I like the fact that you can alter the volumes for front, back, sub and center separately, I've got 4 mordant short 30w speakers, a powered sub, and 2 Philips tv speakers that I wired together to make a center speaker, I got it to replace a marantz av receiver which has died and I can't afford to replace, so I thought I'd take a chance on this, it's obviously not as good the marantz but for the price, I can not complain, the one thing it beats the marantz in hands down is, it works ! There's only one thing I don't like and thats, not all the controls are on the main unit , some are only on the remote, which is ok unless the remote breaks or you accidentally throw it in the bin (which has happened ) this isn't just Pyle, its like that with most things now. Excellent value for money I think. Not for audiophiles but you get a lot of functionality in a small form factor at a low price.

The sound is quiet good but I cannot get it to connect to my TV with HDMI as they advise. My TV uses ARC and it cannot connect to the amp via HDMI. I've been told that the BT Streaming is the same as Bluetooth but after I managed to pair my phone to the amp, it will not connect. I told Pyle this a few days ago but have had no response.

Exactly what I wanted. Using as a speaker amp for my tv, already had the speakers from an old surround sound system so just connected a hdmi lead from my recordable tv box into this, then another to the tv. Sound is very good, I don't use the built in radio, but the Bluetooth connection is also very easy to use and plays music perfectly from my phone.

Bought to replace on old amp that blew. Instructions' are clear, including not compatible with HDMI ARC (additional adapter needed). Currently driving four old external speakers to make home made cinema system.
