Any rollers size 0.5 or above you should apply Emla cream. I've just used the 0.75 along with Emla and my skin bled loads. You need to get alot of blood to maximize the treatment. I am a fully qualified to do collagen stimulation therapy (rollering) this is how we were trained. I also buy sterile wipes and saline solution from pharmacy prior to rolling my face. Hope this helps

The best size for fine lines and wrinkles that I have found is the 1mm Derma Roller. This make is excellent.
