Just what I needed
The media could not be loaded. I needed this to help ne fix my fitbits. And I say it didn't disappoint. I was able to get into the watch in record time and fix what was needed. Before I got this is was on the struggle bus FR! This tool got me in in about 1 min flat. AND I didn't burn my little fingers off. Which was surprising cuz I always hurt myself in one way or another.

Awesome temp-controlled heat gun
Best heat gun I've bought! The temp control on this is great. I dialed in a temp just above 100C and it made it super easy to remove phone and iPad screens without overheating anything and making it so much easier to handle than when I was using a traditional heat gun.

First hot air gun and did the trick
I needed to remove ps5 joysticks from a board and a hot air gun is really needed. I like this brand already and this did not disappoint.

Depends on what you need it for
It's not terrible by any means. However for thick circuit boards with better heat dissipation it takes far longer than heat guns with a separate box. It heats up as advertised, however the fan speed seems a lot lower than what it should be. Even at the highest setting, it seems to match the low speed of other models. The screw that holds the attachments on leaves some to be desired, however I had extra screws and nuts around, so it wasn't that major of a concern. Overall it's definitely handy to have around, though I would prefer a much larger unit for some rework projects to save time and effort.
