I subscribe to Which? and this is one of their highest rated stick vacuum cleaners. The two that scored slightly higher were £300 to £400 more and didn't have the mopping feature. Things we like:Deep cleans on the lowest setting (this was also highlighted by Which?) so the battery lasts a long time if cleaning multiple rooms.Light and easy to manoeuvre with a comfortable handle.Mops the floor and is much quicker than filling a mop bucket etc.Telescopic handle is easy to use and good for storage.All tools are stored together with the stick cleaner.All over excellent vacuum cleaner. Nothing negative to report.

Although there was no picture on the box on how the machine looked, I finally managed to get the cleaner together after surfing uTube for 30 mins.The machine is light-weight, not too noisy and has great suction.It's awarded a "Best Buy" by Which? and totally worth it (although it's not cheap)

So no-one else is going to mention that the “mop” function is just spraying cold water on your floor?!?! No detergent or heat to actually clean?! Luckily I didn’t buy it for the mop function but kind of gross that people mop without detergent of some kind. I added some from my Vax in, but as it’s cold water it doesn’t feel like it’s cleaning and the mop pads are too large to get into corners etc. So won’t be using that. Bought based on it being a Which best buy and our Dyson breaking. Excellent replacement. Battery seems better than it and like that you can alter suction - on mid suction seems a really good performer so very happy. Stores nicely on stand and easy to charge etc. Instruction manual is dreadful and QR code took me to a different product, so you do have to search to find instructions. A little noisy but nothing major. Overall happy with purchase especially as got it on sale.

I am so happy with this Hoover. I researched it and found it’s rating on Which and I am really happy with it and the floor mopping option works super well too!

Do not buy this vacuum unless you have very large hands, an ultra strong grip and a muscular arm!It is excellent at vacuuming, and so the dust bin quickly fills up. Unfortunately though, it is almost impossible to empty for mere mortals with normal hands and grip. The first time I used it I struggled for three hours, plus a phone call to Samsung, before finally managing to get it open. This is the second time of use and I cannot open it again. I am giving up and will be returning the product.
