J Bryant Wrist Cuffs Gym for Cable Machine, Lateral Raise Gym Cuffs, 2 Pack

Excellent item, very practice and comfortable on the wrists during exercises, specially on heavy-liftings.

Excellent quality, true to the size stated, comfortable and make my "supine bench lateral raises" way better (no trap involvement), no concerns about where the hand is pointing, total game changer. Only thing a bit weird is the double steel triangle attachment points. I permanently attached a karabiner to keep the two parts together than just clip that karabiner to the gym one on the cable machine.

I've been using these J Bryant wrist straps for a few weeks now for my back and deadlift training, and I've got to say, they're a great tool for a science-based lifter. We all know that CNS fatigue from grip strength can be a major limiting factor, especially on heavy pulling movements. These straps do a fantastic job of taking that element out of the equation so you can focus on hitting the target muscle. The neoprene padding is definitely a standout feature. It's thick enough to provide a comfortable cushion against the bar's pressure, which btw lets you fully focus on the mind-muscle connection with your lats or traps instead of worrying about your grip failing on the last rep of a heavy set. They feel very secure once you're locked in, and the material seems durable. The reason I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 is a minor design issue. Tbh the triangular buckles, while they look cool, can sometimes get a little twisted and not distribute the load perfectly evenly if you're not careful with your setup. It's not a deal-breaker at all, and once you have it locked down, it's fine. It's just a small point of friction compared to other strap designs. Overall, these straps are a solid buy. They effectively eliminate grip as a bottleneck for heavy compound lifts, which is a key principle for hypertrophy and strength gains. They do exactly what they're supposed to do, and the minor design quirk is something you can easily work around. Shoutout to TNF and keenanmalroy reason i invested in these.

Well made, well designed. The wrist cuff is soft enough that it doesn't irritate you on a heavy left. The velcro fastening is secure. The 2 triangular loops for the carribiner clip ensures the loop stays in place while the pull from the weight is central to the 2 clips.

Best ones I’ve used, comfy around the wrist and very sturdy. Priced well and fits nicely around my wrist, I won’t be using around ankles so haven’t not tried it there.

These wrist/ankle cuffs are fantastic value for money! Super comfortable and incredibly effective for isolating specific muscle groups. They allow me to focus entirely on my mid delts during lateral raises without needing to grip a handle, so there’s no tension in my forearm—just pure work on the delt. They’re perfect for any shoulder raise on the cables, but they’re equally amazing when used on the ankles for targeting glutes and hamstrings. Overall, versatile and well-designed, these cuffs have been a game-changer for my workouts!

All good!
