Very effective from the day one of the cleanse. I take 2 capsules in the evening, and doing the 15 day cleanse. I am glad I stayed home (close to a restroom) the first days of the cleanse as the capsules are effective and seem to work 2-8 hours after taking.Bloating has already reduced visibly in my lower tummy area.

This works very well. I mean, I used one pill before bed . The next morning after a few hours it hits you like a freight train. I mean you have to run to the bathroom. And be prepared to go multiple times during the day. If you have any bit of coffee that will also make you go fairly quickly. Sometimes gives me painful cramps, but depends on how badly constipated I am. Highly recommend because it works !

I will be using these 5 or 6 days at a time once a month or so. They caused stomach cramping though but were totally worth it. I did have issues of pooping throughout a good portion of the day, and towards the end of my pill taking, none of it was solid whatsoever.

This will clean you out. I was pooping all day everyday especially in the middle of the night so be ready. Take with activated charcoal pills on a vegan diet. I used this for 2 weeks before starting my parasite cleanse.
