I was a little hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra exceeded my expectations. It arrived in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or signs of wear. It honestly looked almost brand new. The phone was easy to set up, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The display is bright and vibrant, performance is incredibly fast, and the battery easily lasts through a full day of normal use. The cameras take amazing photos, and the 512GB of storage gives me plenty of room for apps, videos, and pictures. Being unlocked is another big plus since it gives you the flexibility to use the carrier of your choice. Overall, this was an outstanding value compared to buying new. If you're considering a renewed Galaxy S24 Ultra, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one. It has been a fantastic purchase.

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

Very nice phone and was in perfect condition. I've had no issues switching and using. If you have big hands then the stylus is perfect to keep from hitting a couple buttons at a time or just writing yourself notes verses typing. I'm glad I bought this phone and would have no problem recommending this seller.

If I could leave zero Stars I would! Do not order from this company. They will ship it to a different address and even with the FedEx delivery Picture as proof that the cellphone was delivered to the wrong address. Chubbiestech will call me a liar and offer zero help to relocate the cellphone. They will refuse to refund me my money. I had to file a police report with Rochester Police department and FedEx claim. It's now going on 4 weeks of Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech causing me chest pain, sleepless night and extreme anxiety over the cell phone. They keep telling me as the customer it my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address. Meanwhile my correct address is on the original shipping order! I have a email confirmation from Amazon that my address is the correct shipping address. Amazon has repeatedly lied to me regarding this cellphone matter. I have several printers conversation with different Amazon customers services supervisor who promised me a full refund and I never received the refund. Amazon investigation department's said that my a to z claim was denied twice due to the fact that Amazon said that the cellphone was delivered to the correct address! Meanwhile the cellphone was only retrieved by the Rochester Police department from the wrong address that FedEx delivery it to!⁰Someone else had the cellphone for 3 weeks! I have no idea what the individual who had the cellphone did to the cellphone. Amazon blames FedEx, FedEx blames Chubbiestech and Amazon. For some reason they all think that it's the customer responsible to fixed the mess they never created. Why should a customer have to go through this? I only wanted to order a cellphone and have it delivery to my correct address. It's 4 weeks now I have to file a claim with my bank, attorney general office and the better business bureau. If I didn't experience this I would never believe that Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech would treat a customer so horribly. I am probably have to fill a small claim the court house to get my refund. That my next steps. I have solid proof that Amazon denied my A to z claim because they claim that the cell phone was delivered to the correct address. I cleared prove that was not true. I printed every conversation with Amazon and Chubbiestech out. Hopefully a judge can help me resolve this situation. They fused to help me resolve this problem. The seller only said that FedEx said it was delivered to the correct address. Amazon refused to help me resolve this on going issue. So unless you want to be called a liar. Unless you have plenty of time to chase down a missing packages and time to call Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech a million times. Unless you have plenty of time to file FedEx delivery claim,police reports, bank claim , attorney general office claim, Better business bureau claims and a small claim to court file. This company will only steal your money but you will not get the product that you paid for! Don't order anything from them!

So far it's been 12 hours since iv had the phone. I was told it was unlocked but it wasn't. The carrier was at&t. I had to unlock the phone my self otherwise the phone so far is amazing. I'll post another review soon

Only a week in with my new/refurbished Galaxy S24 Ultra and I very much enjoy it. The phone appears new with no scratches or flaws indicating that it was used. After a couple hours charging, I began the transfer of eSIM card, apps, settings and files from old phone to this one. The entire process was easy and with no unexpected problems. Of note is that with the SmartSwitch app and process, it seems that the SIM card from old phone to new now can be trasnfered digitally which is great and reduces hassles. After the phone was completely set up and functioning properly, I did physically remove the SIM card from old phone and installed on new phone. What I am unexpectedly and pleasant surprised by is the size of the phone; it is quite large...larger than my S10e. I liked the small form factor for slipping into my pocket, but the S24 with its much larger size fits my large hand and I like that. The phone has heft as well which I like. A very solid phone. Battery life is excellent (should be for a new/refurbished phone) and apps load very quickly. If you are looking for a new phone, I recommend considering a refurbished S24 (or whatever model). You'll save several hundred dollars for what appears to be a new phone.

I just received this last night and I'm pretty happy with it so far. This is the first time buying a refurbished phone or any unlocked phone, so was slightly concerned but it looks good and is working great. The bad, if I want to nitpick: There is one little, maybe 1/8", scratch on the screen that I noted in the picture. It is not at all noticeable when the phone is on and I had to try to even capture it in a photo with the phone off. It sits so low on the screen that I will probably never even feel it during normal operation. The good, everything works and is in great shape other than the tiny scratch. Every function test through the Samsung Members app checks out. The Battery test shows it as "Good" and is down to only 82% today after running it all day with the screen appearance cranked to max so pretty sure that isn't going to be a problem. All buttons feel good with solid response and no visible signs that the screen was removed or replaced. It appears to be a carrier unlocked phone originally with AT&T, gauging from the splash screen. I was able to just put my old Verizon SIM card in and that prompted to switch the carrier software over so now it appears like any other verizon phone on startup. I didn't have any problem with it still being a locked phone and didn't need to contact any carrier to perform the switch over. Data transfer was also easy using Samsung Smart Switch, aside from a lot of photos and music I decided to transfer manually off the old sdcard from the old Note9 because hundreds of gigs is going to take a while. But all apps and data so far appear to have come over seamlessly. I had been looking at the S26 Ultra as well as an upgrade but decided I wasn't ready to give up on a bluetooth S-pen yet. Under $700 taxed and shipped was a pretty good deal for this phone and it is still a very large upgrade from my old phone. I will probably buy another few year old refurbished phone again once this reaches end of life support on updates. Direct Certified was the seller on this and I would recommend.

I have had this phone now for 2 whole days. It works amazing with google fi service. If my other phone would not have been completely smashed transfer of all my pictures and contacts would have been easier. But that is not this phones fault. The screen, touch sensitivity, camera, are all amazing and work as they should. I am so glad I bought this phone instead of paying full price for a new one. I only noticed one small scratch and once I put my lens protector on the back cameras you don't even know it was there. I was not on the lense just the metal around the lense. The next time I upgrade my phone or my husbands I will buy from them again.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase! The phone arrived in pristine condition, and it's clear that the previous owner took great care of it. Not a single scratch or mark in sight! The 1TB storage is a game-changer, and I'm loving the extra space. But what really impressed me was the battery life. I was used to running out of juice by the end of the day with my old S22 Ultra, but this phone easily lasts me over a day. It's a huge upgrade! The shipping was super fast, and I was stoked to find that the phone came with its original box and accessories. It's clear that the seller took pride in packaging everything up nicely. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. If you're in the market for a reliable phone with awesome battery life, look no further! This one's a winner.

Great phone , amazing pictures and videos . Still better than the newer iPhone 17 pro max coming out for way less. The zoom for moon pictures and the sun are insane

Thank you amazon, i was sceptical at first to buy a used phone but it came out great. I'm really happy. I would buy again a refurbished product. The phone is a great and easy to use as i am a sumsung product buyer.
