So since going through breast cancer for the last two years I've gotten a lot more serious about the fuel I put inside my body. No more alcohol, no smokes, and moderation when it comes to unnecessary things like processed sugar and refined seed oils. If i dont have access to fresh, whole foods - like grapes, apples, or bananas - I go for these little treats because they are low in sugar and have a good amount of fiber. I'm not on the recent protein bandwagon the industry is currently pushing, so I tend to avoid those kind of snacksas well. You can gert plenty of protein from nuts and canned meats, eggs, and other sources that are less processed. So fiber is where I make this allowance and have become a pantry staple. I should probably mention that they are only 70 calories and taste likecl cookie batter, or if you've ever had one of those slightly undercooked cookies from Subway ifykyk. Tl;DR highly recommend 👌

I keep buying these on Amazong because they never had the big packs at my local stores. These taste amazing. I pop it in the microwave for 5 seconds and it tastes so good. I have to have a little extra fiber in my diet!

Not what I was expecting. Soft kinda no taste as far as chocolate chip. Not sure I would buy it again.

Great flavor and soft like a fresh baked cookie. Give it about 6-10 sec in the microwave and it's fresh baked simulation and stimulation.
