Wessex Mill Flours (Wessex Mill White Spelt Bread Flour 2x1.5kg Pack)

A flour that you either like or don't like. It contains real seeds and we love it. We mix it with home grind wheat grain flour to give it more body. Even our grandchildren like it! We find that only using this flour doesn't give enough weight to the bread and makes you hungry quicker.

I usually make a french loaf using normal strong bread flour ,read that it is much nicer if you use french bread flour and it definitely does rises better taste better really pleased,Only problem it’s difficult to find locally and having to pay delivery makes it quite expensive .
