Ultimate Honey Uncapper and Ultimate Cappings Slicer Combo for Beekeepers

Does what it is intended to do, providing a nice rest for a frame of honey while you cut caps into a bucket. Seems well made. I would not recommend using the decapping rake that comes with it ... that is pretty well useless as it really damages the comb. A roller or a metal rake works much better but I would suggest a knife. Even a bread knife will work quite well.

I really like this product. My husband and I extracted two batches of honey (five frames each night over a five gallon bucket) and it was soooo much easier the 2nd night when using the frame stabilizer. We were able to extract more honey from the frame using this base (vs. just holding the frame, or placing it on the edge of bucket). We did not use the little hand tool that came with it. I agree with other reviewers that it's useless. We used an electric knife that heats up and made it super easy to uncap the honey. I highly recommend this tool if you're working with small batches. (total strained honey was 26 lbs.)

Fits on 5 gallon bucket, and was just the ticket for medium frames. Didn't like the scratcher though. Nothing beats steel tines.

This product is the bomb of making swift work of removing the honey from your frames!! The item was shipped quickly too!!

This is great for the shallow frames but if you use medium or deep supers it doesn't fit. But overall, glad to have it.
