Although the pillow is very comfortable it's not too supportive. It flattens down too much when resting on it. If you're looking for something to lay comfortably in then highly recommend, but I had been looking for a firm pillow wedge to support my mom after surgery to reduce swelling and improve breathing.

This is cool for setting up to watch TV in bed or just wanting to sit up in bed but to use for sleeping just hasn’t been comfortable. I kinda wish I would’ve returned to it and got my money back and get my old one from Walmart in the cover on the outside is one of the main reasons I got it cause it has a holder so you can hold it and cover up the pillow so I don’t get dirty but if you’re laying on this pillowcase, of course it can get dirty and it snags really quick and easy and start getting little. I don’t know what you call them, but I seen it in the reviews of someone else’s they took pictures of it for you to see. I thought it would be more comfortable since it has foam. Maybe I’ll have to take the cover off of it and see if I still be sliding down on it. It could be the slippery cover in that lay rider the way I have it on the bed or something. I just don’t like taking covers off cause I don’t know if they fit well when you put it back on you could probably wash it in the washing machine, the cover or wipe it off with a rag and spray it you might actually love it. I’m kind of picky.
