Arrived today and immediately tried them! They're a must have to strengthen the abs and keep yourself in shape, especially in this time of lockdown! They slide very well on my wood floor and you feel your abs burning in minutes! I love the fact that they can be easily put away in a nice bag so that they're not just lying around!

I have only tried using a few times and they don’t glide over the carpet as I’d like them too but that could be because they are new or I just need to get used to them

Really good value for money, has a really soft pouch. Wasn't keen at first as I thought it was scratching my floorboard and wanted to return it. Then I realise it was user error and the black soft part faces down to glide on the wooden floor and the plastic side is used on carpet/soft surfaces.Does what it's suppose to do defiantly recommend. Also love the pink!

Only ordered last night and delivered within less than 24 hours. Great product, easy to use. Sliding easily on my laminate and wooden floors. I’m ready for my home workouts as an when self isolation comes up due to COVID-19

I got these as I have carpet where I do my training, these aren’t very effective on carpet at all, but can still do a few things with them. They’re great on hard flooring though!

Bright pink so when I took these to the gym there was so much curiosity that everyone wanted a go.....get your own!Excellent customer service from the seller, good follow up information and a great product. Work well on hard floor and carpet and whilst easy to use it’s sufficiently difficult to feel like a v good ab workout.I’m looking forward to my abs of steel.

I’m really annoyed I bought these to use on my wooden floor for the beach body exercise programs. They don’t really slide and the plastic around the edge scrapes on the floor and scratches it. The middle fabric isn’t even that slippery due to the printed logo. I used them for about 3minutes & threw them in the bin. What a complete waste of money.

Very pretty set of gliders. It even comes in a little pink drawstring bag. I was apprehensive to purchase this as I'd seen some reviews saying that it was a bit small. I think they're the perfect size and I can't imagine having gliders any bigger than this! My only issue, as pointed out in other reviews, is that the logo printed on the fabric side causes a little friction when gliding across floorboards. I do have to say though that this is minimal and doesn't really impact on performance. It is just more of a minor annoyance the first time you use them. Other than that, I'm pretty pleased with these and they are great for building up strength all over with a variety of exercises. These are not just for the core!
