I found after using it three months and having a check up & that’s what happened. It lowered it by a fairly significant amount and I’m taking it one in the morning and one at night every day. I just started taking this so personally I can't make a proper review. I'm not sure what is even in these capsules this time. They are very pale, ivory in color and look nothing like the picture or any other citrus bergamot I have taken. Wish I hadn't bought the 2 pack this time.
