I love these, but I love the 7” more. These lined gym shorts offer an impressive mix of quality, comfort, and support that stands out from the rest. These are consistently my favorite shorts. I own 7-8 pairs already.They look great and very high quality. I get compliments on the color and cut all the time. They’ve proven highly durable - they still fit like a brand new pair and everything from the seam stitching to the drawstring, pockets, and zippers remain in great shape. They don’t ride up or slip down with the second layer holding the boys in the right place.They’re great to wear casually, during a hike, during a workout, or even for a quick dip in the pool/river/ocean. Very breathable.

These men’s 5" running shorts with a liner are absolutely perfect! The fit is great—just the right amount of length for freedom of movement without being too short. The built-in liner is super comfortable and provides excellent support, so there’s no need for extra underwear. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking, which keeps me cool and dry even during intense workouts. They move with me, whether I’m running, stretching, or lifting. Plus, the side pockets are a nice bonus for holding small essentials like keys or cards. These shorts are a must-have for any runner or gym-goer!

To the point: great fit, comfy, fabric appears to be high quality, lots of features (pockets, etc). Will definitely purchase again. I’m 5’9”, 160. Size small was perfect.

TL:DR: Great chubbies knockoff/alternative, but don't expect an exact copy. If you're on the fence, I'd say just give them a shot. Its a solid recommend from this guy.Pros:- They look great, very similar to chubbies/other alternatives.- Less than 50% the price of chubbies, ~75% of the quality, and ~80% the same look- Lightweight (but not SUPER lightweight)- Doesn't seem like they will fall apart (I will update if they do)Cons:- Elastic waistband is essentially useless. I ordered a Medium first, then a small, and the waist seemed to be the same circumference. The drawstring helps, but you have to cinch it tight, which I don't always want to do as I want the elastic waistband to do its job.- The compression liner is good, but not on par with chubbies. The material is not as lightweight/thin, breathable, nor as stretchy as some of the other alternatives out there. The same thing could be said about the actual shorts material, but overall, they are not bad, just not great.- The inner mesh pockets are meh. They fit a phone really nicely so it doesn't slip out, but other than that, I kept jamming my hand in the little pocket when I was trying to get something from the bottom of the main pocket.TBD:- Customer support. Since I just received these and have not needed to contact support, I cannot speak on that- DurabilityFor 50% the price of the super pricey shorts, you get 75-80% of the quality and look. I already ordered another pair. If you're looking for knockoff of Chubbies' gym shorts (of which I own 4 pairs) these are your shorts. However, do not expect the same quality. The quality of these shorts for the price is solid.

Great design and fit. Look like high-tier gym wear with good durability tall. However if you're on size cut-offs I'd recommend going smaller, that will look much better while not being that more uncomfortable.

Super comfy for free balling. The inside liner is super comfy on the boys. I like the pockets very functional including the back pocket the zipper seems like good quality. I’m 5-8” 168LBS medium is perfect. The look good as well perfect length.

Great shorts. I wear between a 36-38 bottoms and got these in a xxl. Ordered another pair in xl. Xl gives the fit pictured. Xxl fits well still but slighty longer and a tad bit roomier. Great materials and very comfortable. My go to workout shorts from now on.
