Great product,Respectful customer service.
Let me tell you for the price. This thing is an animal, very powerful. Rip through a 4 X 6 PT With ease. The only thing I had to do is make a few adjustments just to verify angles and t-squaring the blade based on it moving a little bit based on shipping. I did have questions and I got in touch with the company Dovaman and let me tell you I was seriously impressed. Rated them a 10, between ease, convenience professionalism and knowing how to take care of a customer, they outdid themselves very well in my eyes and treated me with nothing but respect. I will definitely continue to purchase from them because I find that they are carrying a very high standard of customer service and product. I highly recommend this and I also purchased a stand that goes with it now. Jim Rivnyak Brooklyn CT. 06234

Great buy!
Great saw! I have been very pleased with this purchase. The laser is right on. And the angle cuts are great! I do recommend getting a better blade for trim work. But so far so good!

Cheaper than big names but gets the job done totally fine just a little more unrefined than others
Great saw has put up with me building a 20x20 deck, Plastic handle broke off unfortunately that was probably my doing. Overall great for the money

a quieter saw and strong
Works great and it is quieter than my last one. I have not set it up yet due to too many things that need fixed. Only problem I have at this point is the led light is off by 1/16 inch. I will see if there is an adjustment to correct it. I really like it and it cuts 1 x 12 easy.

Good product, amazing customer service
This saw checked all the boxes I wanted 12” blade, I wanted sliding compound movement, I wanted tilt on both sides, and I wanted a reasonable price. I asked for it for my birthday and my wife got it for me. There was one problem out of the box the fence had a crack in it (which can happen easily on aluminum molded parts) and my wife bought it for me more than the return/exchange window by the time it was my birthday. So I sent an email to Dovaman customer service and I will be honest I thought that there is no way I am getting a reply and I would have to makeshift a fence, I was wrong their customer service rep Katia replied same day, and each day after until the replacement fence arrived, Katia was fantastic. I have also included a picture of the last project(chicken coop) I was working on and using the miter saw. I normally only write reviews when a product or customer service is awful, it’s nice to write one for the opposite reason.

Great product, worked great for 9 months. Had a part fail. Messaged Customer Service for a Warranty claim, and they were timely and went above and beyond to make it right.
