Great for home projects
I have used a lot of this for projects at home. It’s waterproof, but not the best I’ve used. It has a strong hold and is flexible. It’s cheap for what you get.

This is my go to sealant, have used this around my house, bathroom, kitchen etc, vivarium's, even used it for car windows, does the job, very durable spreads well, and goes far. Slight chemical smell but fades after a while.

Great for bioactive
Used to cover expanding foam for bioactive reptile enclosures, holds everything together good. Re sealed a broken tank with it and it’s holding it together really nicely months later after it being very badly water damaged.
