I’ve personally not used anything like this before -I’ve struggled with a block nose for months. I’ve tried it works brill.Only thing I don’t like is you can taste if which is horrible.

Works very well nose clear from early morning till late at night

I felt compelled to write this review just as a warning to others when it comes to using this as i honestly had no idea (Stupidity on my part). I'll start off by saying it works, I mean really works within minutes, no matter how blocked you are you won't be after using this. However I started to use it with any slight cold or blocked nose and the rebound from stopping it is crazy if you've been using it too much. Please only use this for 2 to 3 days MAX and only if you're really ill and really do need relief. Don't do what I did, I ended up needing it more and more as my nose became so inflamed inside from using this that you end up feeling blocked constantly even when you don't have a cold. I switched to an all natural salt spray which not only healed the inside of my nose but can be used up to 6 times a day without any side effects. I would definitely use this again but as a last resort if I'm really ill and not just for a normal cold.

when have a cold this is a must - I need my sleep and just before bed use this to breath whilst I sleep clears your nose easily. Give almost instant relief. lasts ages.
