My puppy of 4 months really likes these. However, she can only manage the symmetrical bar type of chewie as shown on the package and in the ads. Out of the package of 6 small Yak Chews, 2 were inedible by my pup because of the flattish shape. I wrote to the manufacturer about 2 weeks ago about this and have had no response. It makes the product very expensive when my pup can only eat 4 out of 6 Yak chews or about $5 each!Would like to hear a response from the manufacturer about this. Thanks!Updated!The manufacturer reached out to me and explained that since this is a natural product, the Yaks would not be symmetrical. This makes sense. I will keep the flatter Yaks for when she is more mature and she probably will be able to handle them. Customer Service was excellent and very response. Since my pup loves these bones. I will buy again. And if the package has flatter bones, I will just save them for later!

Our dog loves chewing on it. He has carried it around the house all week and has only chewed up less than half of it. I like that he has something to chew on, other than a stick from the yard. I have only had them for less than a week, and he is still on the first one. As for now, it keeps him busy.

These yak chews are amazing! My dog is a pretty aggressive chewer, and most treats don’t last long—but these keep him busy for a while. I love that they’re all-natural, odor-free, and lactose-free. He enjoys the flavor, and I feel good knowing it's helping clean his teeth too. No mess, no strong smell, and it’s a healthy treat.

I think it was a little too strong for my older dogs but my younger dogs like them and had no digestive problems.

We have tried a number of snacks and these are amazing! They last a LONG time-as in days to weeks for one. (He typically blows through a marrow bone or knee type bone in an hour or two. It lasts so long he gets bored before he finishes it. Pom, aggressive obsessive chewer of bones… little to no mess and doesn’t smell weird like other bone type options. He chokes on things at times and this does not happen with the yak. Feel comfortable given to him in car or on plane. We travel a lot and the 4-5 hour trips are rough to keep him occupied. This outlasts the trip and can be used multiple times.

My dog loves these. Perfect little treat when I need her to settle down and be still for a while. It takes a while to chew them down. Only issue is you have to watch when they get chewed down so far they are a choking hazard. When this happens put in the microwave for about 60 sec and the cheese chew will expand and they can finish it. Takes my 20lb aussie about 3 days to finish one.

Fair price, however, my dog can eat one in 2 days, so not long lasting!

My two pit mixes love these sticks! We used to buy them Icelandic lamb horns, but those splintered easily and the smell was god awful. These are a better alternative IMO. Ensure you are supervising the dogs while they have them. My youngest chews these so fast, she’ll have a full stick down to a choking hazard within a day. The sticks help keep their teeth clean and keeps them busy.
