Helpful Precut Knee Tape for Support After Injury Recovery
I really like this EADEN precut kinesiology tape. I used it after recovering from a thigh injury, and it helped give me extra support and stability around my knee area while getting back into movement. I like that the strips are already precut, so I did not have to measure or cut anything myself. The fit was good around the knee, and the tape was flexible enough to move with me instead of feeling stiff or restrictive. Setup was simple once I positioned the strips correctly, and the precut design makes it much easier than using a full roll of kinesiology tape. The material feels lightweight, stretchy, and supportive. It stayed in place well for normal use, and it did not feel bulky under clothing. Packaging was simple and practical, and the strips were easy to take out and apply. The only flaw is that placement matters. If you do not apply it smoothly or if your skin has lotion or oil on it, it may not stick as well. I would recommend applying it to clean, dry skin and taking your time with the placement. Who this is for: This is great for people who want light knee support, workout support, walking support, or extra stability after recovering from a minor leg, thigh, or knee issue. It is also good for anyone who prefers precut strips instead of cutting tape from a roll. Who should skip it: Skip it if you need heavy-duty bracing or medical-level support. This is supportive tape, not a replacement for a knee brace or medical care. Overall, I’m very happy with it. The precut strips are convenient, comfortable, and helpful for added knee support.

Precut tape for knee support and stability
I gave found myself needing a bit of support for my knee. I really like that they are precut, and it is just a matter of placing the tape. My only complaint is that the edges aren't staying stuck. But for the short term I think they will be fine. The tape does provide support so it provides me a good bit of pain relief.. Not as stretchy as some other kinesiology tapes.

Great idea, bad adhesive.
The idea of this is really cool but unfortunately the adhesive that this manufacturer uses is a joke. As soon as I put this on and put clothing over it it immediately starts peeling off on the clothing. I also tried swimming in it and man that was awful. It was coming off after my first lap in the pool. For context I normally wear either the Target brand or the KT brand and both of them last several days, under clothing. I can also swim in both of those brands for a rigorous one hour swim. I may need to change the tape at the end of the swim but it does stay on. This is really a shame because the actual shape that they cut it in is great and very clever and supportive. It just won't stay on. I went through half of the box so it wasn't just a misapplication one time, it's just bad adhesive. I ended up throwing the second half of the box away. Bummer

Will tear your skin off
I bought this tape out of desperation. I have severe osteoarthritis in my left knee and I need knee replacement surgery. I’ve needed it for about three years, but I had to have kidney surgery and that took precedence over my knee. I have tried everything under the sun for knee relief, and have yet to find anything that really truly helps. I tried this tape and I really wanted to like it, however it’s hard to like. First of all when you pull it off it’ll immediately try to stick to itself, so you have to be very careful because if it wants to stick to something else it’s not gonna stick to your leg. Because of my history of having to do dressing changes to an nephrostomy tube I had I was familiar with having to use skin prep to protect my skin from being damaged by tape. Well, despite using skin prep, which is a barrier between your skin and the product you’re using, it’s still damaged my skin. And I’ve not worn the tape more than 12 hours at a time. So buyer beware. I have included pictures of my knee. My knee is swollen because I just got off work. But as you can tell, I have multiple wounds from the tape despite using skin prep.

Worked well for arthritic knee
Works well, good quality, I used it for 3 days worth of showers and it didn’t budge. However at the end of day three the edges were a little fraying just a bit and it will leave a sticky residue on the edges on your skink. I just used one of those adhesive wipes I had on hand, it worked better than rubbing alcohol. Overall it’s durable and waterproof. Provides stability and breathable.

Supports arthritic knees well for moderate sports
I highly recommend this product if you have problematic knees. I used these for a 3 day trip at zion, covering 30 miles of rough terrain. I credit this tape for relieving pressure and strain going down hill, and wearing these was the only way I was able to do as much as I did. I also love this tape for snowboarding. It's slim and goes under my leggings way easier than a brace.

No stretch east west on anchor and ripped skin off after a day and half of wear
I wanted to like this, but I just can’t. First of all, I’ve been using KT tape of various brands for over five years whenever I had something sore or aching. The first issue was with the one piece construction the bottom part only stretches north to south and not east to west. Not a huge deal since it’s really an anchor but I would have preferred more stretch. The second issue was the double split for the knee. I personally found it really difficult to maneuver both strips at once and properly place them without tangling, but I managed. The worst part was the fact that after a day of wear this tape started ripping off my skin at the top of my knee. I have never, in all my years of KT tape usage had this happen. I didn’t pull it as taut as it could go, so there was still stretch. I ended up having to trim off that part and finally after two days took Off the balance of the tape and switched to three strips of my tried and true brand to do the same thing that this one piece was supposed to accomplish. Sure, some of my issues may have been user error, but between the no east/ west stretch on the anchor and the skin ripping, I will not be purchasing again Or using the rest of this tape.

Feels so soothing
I’ve tried a lot of kinesiology tapes, but the IEADEN pre-cut knee tape is one of the most convenient and effective ones I’ve used. Since it’s pre-cut specifically for the knee, it saves so much time, no measuring or trimming needed. The zonal peel design makes it really easy to apply, and it fits perfectly around the knee for great support and stability during workouts or runs. It stays in place well, even through sweat, and gives my knee that extra reinforcement to prevent strain or discomfort. I also appreciate how breathable and skin-friendly it is, the cotton material feels soft, and it doesn’t irritate or leave any sticky residue when removed. Overall, it’s a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable tape that really helps keep me moving with confidence.

Poor instructions and didn’t stay on
This product didn’t work for me. I have used KT tape for years for various reasons I was intrigued by the idea of used the customized shapes instead of applying it piece by piece as you do with the strips. The problem with this tape started with the instructions. They are brief in the extreme and the drawings are not much help. There isn’t even a kneecap drawn on the leg to indicate whether the anchor piece (the horizontal part) is supposed to sit below the kneecap or slightly over it. It matters. The instructions also just say to stretch the vertical pieces and stick them down on the thigh on the opposite side. But the instructions don’t tell you how much to stretch the tape. Is it 100% eg: as far as it will go? Or should you take it back to a 50% stretch or even 25%? That also matters. What also surprised me was that there was absolutely no information provided on what kind of injury the product was useful for and whether that would then affect the application instructions. The next issue is that the tape just doesn’t stick or hold up to the friction of having clothes rub up against it. I just wore it doing chores around the house and it started peeling and catching on the inside of my track pants. I have worn other similar products that lasted 3 days of playing in a hockey tournament and didn’t come off until I peeled it off in the shower. Wish it had’ve worked for me. Good idea but just didn’t perform as expected.

Não recomendo.
As fitas só tinham 3 cores: preta, bege e rosa. As outras, nem sinal delas. A qualidade é ruim, descola da perna rapidamente. Não recomendo.
