The " stretchy " bit is a bit of a gimmick
Had the original ISO - BOW. Nice bit of kit. Thought I'd get the pro version - but to be perfectly honest, although this ISO - BOW is well made, the stretchy bit just does not add anything extra to the workouts. To me, it really is a gimmick.
