Disappointed – Stopped Working Within Weeks
I was really excited to buy the Kydel Bookset for my child, and at first, it seemed like a great purchase. My child absolutely loved the first book (Jingle in the Jungle) and enjoyed the second one just as much. But unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last.When I opened the third book (Music on the Farm)—which I hadn’t even touched until about a week ago—it didn’t work at all. Despite being brand new and barely handled, it simply wouldn’t play any music.Worse still, the two books that were working initially are now malfunctioning just two months after purchase. You have to press the buttons multiple times to get any sound, and the Rhymes book is stuck on the Welcome song and doesn’t proceed any further.Overall, I’m very disappointed. These books brought my child joy in the beginning, but the quality and durability are not up to standard. For a product meant for children, I expected much better reliability.Would not recommend unless they fix these serious quality issues.
