Been using these for the last year after switch from melatonin gummies for my son! Works great and he has no issues with the flavor or texture of them!

My 8yo daughter likes these - said they taste like gummy bears. Taking daily helps control the tics she has been experiencing.

Same as below. Worthless. The label is misleading. It says 100mg per serving, but when you receive the bottle you find out that it’s only 10.5mg of magnesium per serving (100mg of magnesium citrate). That is only 3% DV. A minuscule amount.

Kids LOVE them. I have taken magnesium for years and started the kids on them recently - They have helped so much with tummy and sleep issues. The kids have noticed the difference and will ask for them now. They live the flavor. They lose half a star for the price, but the flavor and texture are worth the extra cost according to my kids (I tried other brands and we came back to these). I had to warn my family who have experience with other "gummies" that when the kids ask for gummies, they mean MAGNESIUM gummies.

SUMMARY Good tasting gummies that may work well for kids. Comes in Magnesium Citrate form as opposed to my personal preference of Magnesium Glycinate. Dosage seems a bit small, even for children. In the end, taste is good, ingredients and dosage aren't anything special. PROS Taste: Good orange flavor, the kind of taste that can have you craving a second. My kids love the taste. Packaging: Easy to open without much sealing residue. Lid is easy to open and close without wrestling much with the push down top. CONS After Taste: Suffers from a grainy (salt like) texture and aftertaste. It's not terrible but does not help the overall experience chewing. Dosage: The amount you get is misleading or just poorly communicated: You ARE getting 100mg of Magnesium Citrate but it's listed as 10.5mg Magnesium (read the small print below that - if you can as it's so small). This is a pretty low dose. May be a cautious amount as it has the word "kids" on it. NOTES Magnesium Citrate vs Magnesium Glycinate: Citrate is known for having a better benefit for constipation, acting as a light laxative. Glycinate is known more for calming, anxiety, sleep, and inflammatory help. I personally prefer large and away Glycinate.
