No issues, appear strong. In the pool already. Holds down the ladder better but it still floats up a little.

These work great , you’re able to fit a 50 lb bag of sand into this weight without emptying the bag from the store so less chance of sand leaking! They’re heavy duty and easy enough to handle you hook them to the ladder once the ladder is in the pool. I do believe that these bags will last for some time. . The price is decent , Ive used different ones in the past sand would leak and at the end of the season to get them out the handles would break . These have a nice handle built in and they seem do be very durable. Have a happy pool season.

Easy to fill, close, and hang on pool steps. I used one bag of Home Depo pea gravel split in half. Recommend using both, but you could experiment with just one side depending your step buoyancy. These are thick material and seem well made. I used washed (I washed first) pea gravel and they solidly hold down the steps and were easy to strap onto the railing upright. It feels like my steps are screwed in or otherwise permanent. While they are visible, they don't detract from the pool and were not in the way in any sense. I didn't want something I had to use a funnel for, so while I would have preferred the square units these are just fine. The only concern with any of these is whether mold could grow and won't know until the end of the season, but honestly, they seal pretty tight so if they do, it's not likely to get back into the pool, so no worries.

We had a new deck built and did not want to drill through it to attach the pool stairs, mainly because we weren’t 100% sure about placement/location of the stairs. Bought these as a temporary fix, but these will be our permanent fix! The stairs did not move!! My husband bought sand bags and put the sealed sand bags in the ladder weight bags. PERFECT! Even with kids in and out of the pool AND little kids clinging to the stairs, they stayed in place. For reference, our pool is an above ground oval.

These are very helpful with keeping the ladder in place in our above ground pool. Pool is 15 x 30. I can’t give 5 stars because the clasps break. We have purchased 2 sets.

This works very good. The best thing was that I was able to fit Quickrete 50 lb. Premium Play Sand bags inside these without the need to open the sand bags. I simply slid the sand bags in their original packaging. The process took a few seconds. Lastly, the workmanship feels very sturdy. I don't see any reason for these bags to fail any time soon. Definitely a good choice for anyone considering ladder weights.

We have an above ground pool with walking steps that goes off deck. Over the years we have tried many different types of containers to hold the sand and rocks needed to keep the stairs in place and usually they fail pretty quickly or the stuff inside leaks out all over the pool. When the ones I had from last year dried out and disintegrated I thought I’d try these for a change. They are actually like a wet bag and they are very heavy duty and I don’t think we’re gonna have any problems with them at all. Also, the large top made them very easy to load.

Holds a big bag of sand and works well.

I didn’t have much faith but they work perfectly. Just installed and stairs are not trying to float up at the front. So happy I finally found a solution!
