For the past 6 years I have spent my days miserable and in pain due to a strange burning sensation in my stomach. After 3 doctor's, 4 ER visitis, 2 procedures and countless medications nothing helped. I would find myself balled up on the kitchen floor trying to cope through the pain. It's feels like hunger pain maximized by 10000 with an added burning pain that makes you throw up. Doctors still cant figure out what the issues is and at times I feel like they dont believe my symtoms. When ginger tea stopped working, I took 3 ginger pills a day, then started chewing raw ginger. I drink ACV with baking soda which helps for a few hours. But aside from that NOTHING HELPED. I decided to purchase these dual prebiotic & probiotic pills since anything is worth trying at this point. I have been taking these for only 7 days today and for the first time in years I'm not awaken at 3am with a burning pain, throwing up and cramping in my stomach. Im actually able to wake up knowing I dont have to cancel my plans because of the burning sensation in my stomach.Who knew this was the answer to my solution!Im not saying this pill is going to work for anyone with stomach issues but OMG it absolutely is worth trying. I have had stomach and intestinal pain and cramping for two months. I had tried the regular Digestive Advantage for two weekS and got no results from that one. So now I have the one with the prebiotic, that is not a capsule but a large chalky tablet, and after some significant issues in the bathroom the pain is finally gone. I had a stubborn bacterial infection I believe in my intestines due to getting some off tasting watermelon slices. This seems to have to knocked it out finally after just two doses.I will continue to take this indefinitely. Yes it's a big dry tablet but I make sure I have at least a full cup of water to wash it down with, along with some water just before I take it. One pill in the package is broken in half, not sure how it could happen these are so well packaged. But none are off color and the expiration date is over a year away.I think two things make this one the best: the packaging is so that each pill is packaged in it's own little bubble, keeping them fresh. And of course they come with the important prebiotic included. But they are strong hard pills that have a thick coating to make it through the stomach acid all the way to the intestines, without the precious bacteria in each pill being killed.This is my new daily regimen.

Since it comes in a capsule, there is no flavor to worry about. I used to get every thing in sight until I started using this type. I changed to another one because I could not find it and then I started getting sick again. So, back to ordering thins !

With a lot of stomach issues and anxiety that comes with that I decided to add this to my diet. I take it in the morning with breakfast which has worked for me. Easy to swallow but at times can get stuck due to the chalkiness of the pill. No bigger than a multi vitamin. Have helped tremendously with pain and occasional bloating. Only issue which I am not 100% sure is from the pill is my face is breaking out. Most will say probiotics push all the toxins out and your gut plays a big part in your skin and most times will break out due to the toxins being released and flushed out. Nothing too much to handle but only side effect I am getting. Will buy again.

Big pills but I would recommend throwing it into the back of your throat before trying to swallow. Because it has such a chalky texture, if you try to swallow it while it’s at the front of your mouth it leaves a taste if you’re not successful. I know this sounds weird but it helped me once I realized. The medicine of it is great. I felt a difference throughout my day. I’m a busy person and I can’t always eat right or as often as I should so a healthy gut is not easy for me to maintain but these worked like magic.

When I first got these, I had the hardest time swallowing them. Yes, they are big, but that's not the issue. The issue is that they're not coated, so they stick to your tongue, mouth and throat. I don't have a hard time taking pills at all but these just wouldn't go down easy. Then I read a review that said they are chewable. NOWHERE on the package can I see that they are chewable, but I tried it. What the....OMG. They are totally chewable. They taste a little chalky but not unpleasant at all. Once I started chewing these, i had nothing but good things to say about them. I wish they weren't individually wrapped, but that's a small price to pay for a great product.

I decided to try a different probiotic since I was out of my usual brand. This one was on sale, and I liked that it had a prebiotic. They seem to work well enough, but the pills themselves are a bit of a problem. I don't think they are too big, as some reviewers have said. My regular fish oil pill is actually quite a bit bigger. However, these are hard to swallow as they really tend to stick to your throat and/or tongue. I've gotten choked up a couple times trying to take them. There were also about 10 or so pills in the blister packs that were yellow and shriveled-looking, so I threw them away. They aren't a bad probiotic, and they do seem to help my stomach issues, but I will be going back to my usual brand.

I started using these probiotics on the recommendation of a Doctor Who told me they had researched probiotics and that these ones last longer in your digestive tract so they’re in able to get down further into your G.I. tract. Eventually I switched to the version that has the prebiotic included. They’ve really helped me with the G.I. symptoms I was having, most recently gastric reflux. I had been taking Pepcid AC, at one point they had me on two per day. A couple weeks after starting these again my symptoms have settled down and I’m not taking Pepcid AC at all.
