BASSpak: Affordable, Wearable Haptic Technology to Feel Your Music

Fantastic bass. Excellent product.

This does a great job of transmitting LF vibrations to the wearer. I have this permanently attached to my Herman Miller Aeron studio chair so that I can get realistic speaker vibrations when working with binaural headphones. Works well! The preamp is a little noisy, but that easily solved by turning down the gain and driving it harder from the source.

5 stars if it came with the headphones like the pother packs 😑

Like this wearable bass this is actually the third product like this that I have owned. The first two were SubPac and initially that unit only lasted a month and it had to be replaced. The second unit (SubPac) was a good unit but I do like this unit better. The battery life is very good it really can go for about 8 hours at full intensity and I am actually a little surprised at that still after a month of usage. I am giving the unit a 3 star review and it isn’t that I don’t like the product it is simply that the packaging inside of the box states that the unit comes with a set of Headphones that are designed to be used with this system, and I didn’t have those Headphones in my packaging, I would have opted to return the unit to get the included accessories but there wasn’t another left and I did want to keep the unit so I have my own headphones any way but I thought based on the documentation inside the system that the headphones that come with it may be better or just function better with the system. I would like to comment however that the packaging is the best packing and packaging that I have ever seen the box is top quality and the packing of the unit is very secure. Also one other reason for 3 stars is the way the bass system fits it is adjustable but for some reason it sort of fits a bit awkward on my back I have played around with the adjustments and haven’t been able to fully adjust this bass system exactly how I would like it to fit but it may be that it feels like that to me because I am just starting to get over a pinched nerve in my shoulder area. All in all I have no regrets buying the unit this far it seems to be better than the SubPac units I previously owned and I use it every day. If you are a music lover and you like to feel the music you have to get one of the units.
