Works for my needs, but expensive for an unverified source with no quality marks. 4 stars.I take vitamin D3 regularly having confirmed a deficiency, and it is widely suggested that most people in the UK benefit from supplementation, particularly in winter. Whether it is suitable for you is worth checking with your GP before starting.The capsules are large but not huge, and a good coating makes them easy enough to swallow. Two per serving, 60 capsules giving 30 servings, so a month's supply. Each serving provides 3000IU of D3 combined with 100mcg of K2, which is a useful pairing as K2 helps direct calcium to the right places.The formula is vegan, free from dairy, gluten, soy and GMO ingredients, which covers most bases. The bottle has good health warnings. However it is manufactured in India with no mention of GMP certification, quality marks, or any recognised manufacturing standards on the listing. At £23.99 at time of review for a month's supply that feels difficult to justify when quality UK produced equivalents with clear manufacturing standards are available for the same price or less.The liposomal delivery claim may well be valid but without third party verification it is just a marketing claim.

From Zooki, the Amazon page is informative. The product is nicely presented, the capsules are normal sized and easy to take. Good value for money and a novel way to take these life enhancing supplements. No side effects, or taste.

Seems good so far but pricy.The packaging is nice. I dont usually see multivitamin bottles as compact as this one, with a metal lid and a glass jar (they're usually plastic) so does feel slightly premium.The chemistry here is good, they seem to overload rhe amount of vitamin d to make sure you get your full requirements, maybe a bit over. Alongside the over 100%RI of the vitamin k12 this should also mean better calcium absorption from foods etc (though it doesnt directly provide calcium like others might).The pills are standard size, so larger than medicines for example, much like most multivitamins so nothing special there. Still requires a good gulp of water to actually swallow.I think my main concern is the price being so high, with so many other multivitamins on the market offering similar for less. While the liposomal delivery is nice, studies are mixed it seems if it really helps, this like others just rely on a large amount of vitamin d in a serving to make sure you get everything you need. With 60 tablets, and a serving size of 2 daily, this only lasts a month so not sure its worth around £26 personally. But might be worthit for others.
