I just got into drinking chamomile and decided to pick up this blend and I’m impressed. I will say that it is stronger than I was expecting, and that having too strong of a tea had me feeling groggy the next day, but with the right dose I’ve been getting high quality sleep. I use a sleep tracking app and for a week straight I got 100% sleep quality. I sleep pretty well normally, but 100% is rare for me. So get the right dose figured out and it’ll knock you out. I also think it tastes and smells pretty good.

This is a pretty good tasting tea. It does what it's supposed to and helps put me to sleep. Definitely a preferred alternative to melatonin or any other pill.

I don't know what I was expecting, but this tastes like I put a bag of chai tea in with a bag of Earl Grey and steeped them together. Plus, no matter how fine my strainer is, the last sip or 2 of tea is full of yellowish dust. It's ok, but it's not as well balanced a flavor as I was hoping for.

good flavor

I have been buying Jasmine loose green tea for years. I was initially attracted to the lovely scent and even the taste of the jasmine that came with it. But a few years ago I noticed that the flavor and taste of the jasmine was gone. I bought numerous brands other than the one I was used to buying hoping to get the scent, etc., back. Alas, not to be. Every packet I purchased had dried jasmine flowers in it, dried before they were put in with the tea. Unfortunately dried jasmine flowers smell like straw and make the tea taste like straw. This tea used to be made with fresh jasmine petals. Not any more apparently. This brand advertised that it included jasmine extract in the tea. I thought that this might restore the flavor. I stuck my nose over the bag as soon as I opened it, and my nose was assaulted by a very chemical scent. It smelled like alcohol which makes sense if the extract were prepared in alcohol. I actually made up a cup hoping against hope that I would find the tea palatable. Nope again. It was undrinkable.. I threw it out and will seek to get my money back.One thing is for sure - a few years back "something" happened to the world's supply of jasmine tea. It seems that no one is using fresh jasmine flowers to scent the tea. And they are trying to substitute this straw tasting tea as if it were the same thing. Not even close.

It’s loose, not in teabags

This amazing loose tea has everything I was looking for as a relaxing tea…Taste is wonderful also, and i like the scent.I have been having a problem sleeping at night, and maybe get 2 to 4 hrs.I have only tried this tea two times as it puts me to sleep so fast I couldn't walk straight!And I mean I was having a problem walking, and dizzy witch is scary. Gave this tea to my grown childrenI’m a older slim women that does not takeAny meds, but I have taken Valerian before and nothing happened.If your looking for a evening relaxing tea this is it.
