Trash
Complete waste of money and effort trying to get it to work. Not once did it ever do anything except leak water out the bottom.

Works Perfectly
I use this for a portable air conditioner with heat. It pumps the condensate through an adjacent window. Works perfectly.

Not too sure it it will do as advertised.
The output seems a little weak, based on testing it out. I will revise this if after installation it does the job or not. I think the one I was sent was a customer return.

Major disappointment for sure...
I had high hopes for the BPSSDI Condensate Pump, but unfortunately, it’s been a major disappointment from the start.First, the pump came with a short 4-inch section of drain hose. I’m not sure what the point of including such a tiny piece of hose is—it's practically useless. For a product that’s meant to handle drainage, a more substantial length of hose should be standard. But the real issue is with the pump’s performance. The product is advertised as having a 10-meter lift capacity, which should have been more than enough for my needs. However, after all the setup, the pump couldn’t even handle a 96-inch lift to reach the basement rafters and drain into the sink drain line overhead. This is far below what was promised, and it makes the pump ineffective for the job it’s supposed to do.Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this product. It failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. If I could, I’d give it no stars. This was a total waste of time and effort.

Mini split help
We added a dual head mini split system in my basement last year. Best move I've made in a while. We don't use the AC function often, so condensate hasn't been a major issue, I just have the hose sitting in a bucket that I check occasionally. This year we are turning the basement into a game room, so to enable the AC use, I want to pump the water into our drain about 20 feet away. This pump seemed to fit the bill. It's small and unassuming. It has an open hole as in input, sized well for the condensate tuning, and a 1/4" hose barb for the output. Oddly enough, it comes with a 4" piece of the output tubing, but that's it. I'm not sure why they even bother.I decided to hook it all up and test it out while I wait for the tubing to arrive. I plugged it in and started pouring water. What I found out is that A- my outlet had died, and B- there is an overflow drain on the bottom of the pump. So if the pump fails, the water will drain out the bottom. So now I'll need to add a containment tray with a moisture sensor. Once I got the power issue resolved, the pump worked like a dream, moving water much faster than I anticipated. It should have no problem moving 20 feet, especially given that it's all down hill.I did confirm that the pump is very quiet.Overall it's a good pump. Just recognize that you'll need tubing and containment if it's in a location you need to protect.
