Great DIY battery pack
Using this battery pack, I built an oddball one-off device used in broadcast production that's too complex to explain here, but suffice to say this little battery pack works great in it and lasts a good long time. The included charger is a nice touch, and it indicates with an LED when the pack is fully charged. The cable termination options are great for DIY applications of all kinds. My only issue is that the charging input, a female DC coaxial jack, also has 12V on it. This is not a big deal but the pin could easily be shorted to the shield if something metal got jammed in there by mistake. I don't want to try it and find out what happens, but hopefully there is some protection in the pack to prevent a meltdown. Seems like a diode wired into the pack could prevent this.

Small and light
I purchased this battery with the bare leads to power the portable ham radio that I take on hikes. The battery hardly takes up any space, and it keeps my 5w radio running a good part of the day.

Battery pack failed after 3 months of minimal use
Update: seller was very responsive and offered a full refund for the defective product. The battery pack failed after 3 months of minimal use. It will still take a charge but will not power anything. Wiring is intact and there is 0v

Awesome stand alone power source...
I have been looking for a stand alone setup to bring power to my son's mini bike. Initially I just wanted to power some LED light strips...I am running 4 - 12in LED strips and the headlight off this 5.2aH battery. When we upgraded the engine on the mini bike we lost power to the headlight and this solved that and illuminated it quite well.Tapped in to the +/- factory headlight switch for power to the headlight and tied in another toggle switch that I mounted to the faux gas tank for the 4 light strips so they can be used together or independently. Works excellent! Definitely recommend.

Perfect DIY Battery
Purchased this battery for my trip-wire car horn camping alarm. The horns were intended for cars undoubtably, but hey I’m a DIY guy. The horn is rated at 12v-5amps(watts never tested by myself ) so when I found this battery I wasn’t sure if it would be powerful enough. Turns out the battery worked great, although the horn doesn’t reach the maximum loudness probably due to the low watt output, it is still very loud. 12v train horns don’t work with this battery, but 14v does. Battery charges fairly fast and I haven’t encountered any heating issues while in use or while charging. Battery and charger are light weight which makes it perfect for my hiking and camping expeditions. Very pleased and will buy more in the future for other diy projects. Shipped fast as well.

Nowhere near 2400mAh capacity
The battery specs stated on the Amazon description are a bit vague, but the capacity clearly is stated as being 2400mAh. Th battery label (clearly shown in the photos) states "Capacity: 2400mAh 26.6Wh"" and "Output: 9-12.6V/2A". The actual capacity is about 600mAh and the output is about 10.7-12.5V.My device draws 163mA. I set my LO BAT indication at 9.5V. As a final design step, I ran a life test on the battery. The battery was fully charged. I even left it on the charger for at least an hour after the charger LED switched to green. The initial voltage was 12.5V, which dropped to 12.3 volts in just two or three minutes, I monitored the voltage at 10 minute intervals. After 200 minutes, the voltage had dropped to 11.210 volts. When I went back 10 minutes later, the battery was dead - 0V. I though maybe I had a defective battery, so I tried the same test with my second battery - with the same results. This time I kept the test under close observation after the battery voltage dropped below 11.5V. The second battery hit 11.210 volts at 205 minutes. By 225 minutes, the voltage had dropped to 10.787V. 23 seconds later, the battery voltage collapsed to 0V like somebody had thrown a switch. When I read the Amazon description again, I realized that is exactly what happened. The description states that the battery has a builtin protection board to prevent over-discharge. I am convinced that this protection board shut off the battery when it had discharged to about 10.78V. That is a long way from 9V, as stated on the battery label. Also, by 225 minutes, I had used only 611mAh of capacity.I am really not happy with this battery.
