These are awesome. Each one does something very effective for my carpal tunnel. I can now do things that were a struggle like use a hand held can opener, open jars, write with a pen. Better than taking meds. Get your strength back.

Grip strength has been shown to be associated with frailty. I wanted an easy portable device to strengthen my grip strength. The egg shaped one is really nice. It is soft/gel like and has helped with my therapy. The variable, lager device allows for increase in strength. The max is definitely strong enough. The ring one is pretty low resistance and almost not that helpful for me. The one that has springs for each finger doesnt feel too durable. The one with the fingers is a bit hard for me, but also means it is a good workout. Overall, i think the big grip, egg, and finger ones are the best. For the price, it's worth it since it's still cheaper than other products on the marked.

Made of cheap quality. The grip strength trainer wont go beyond the basic resistance without wrestling it. Does the job though. Can't use it for gym, home based workouts are the most you can get out of this.

So glad I looked through all these hand exercisers. This one comes with so many different ways to exercise your hand and fingers. It's really amazing! It's very easy to use and comes with a little bit of instruction. I think it can really improve hand strength with regular use.

I use the kit for my hand therapy and they work just fine.
